Meet Dr Silberman
Paul Silberman, DDS

Dr. Paul Silberman was born in Washington, DC and raised in the Maryland suburbs. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1972, and in 1977 he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
Immediately after graduating, Dr. Silberman ran a clinic for a year with Vermont Dental Care, a program dedicated to the dental treatment of children from low income families. In 1978, he moved back to Maryland and began practicing with Dr. Louis Carusillo, who currently works with Dr. Silberman as an associate. Dr. Silberman also worked as an instructor in the Department of Oral Diagnosis at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In 1981, Dr. Silberman branched out and opened his own practice in Clinton, MD, which in 2004 was relocated to Waldorf.
Dr. Silberman is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association, the Patuxent Dental Society, and the Southern Maryland Dental Society.
In addition to his dental practice, Dr. Silberman is an avid cyclist and tennis player and is active in both his faith and regional communities. His wife of 37 years, Barbara, is the office administrator for the Silberman Dental Group, and they have two children, Joel and Lauren, about whom they love to share stories.
